Salt & Pepper Gun

Brief

• The idea of this design is to help people to focus on how to become healthier. In this instance by reducing salt intake.
• The salt & pepper gun would be used when preparing or eating a meal.
• The original idea was influenced by old Western guns (6 barrels) and combined with the game of Russian Roulette. A small amount of salt replaces the single bullet in 1 of 6 chambers. So if used once a day, there would be a 1 in 6 chance of getting salt added to a meal.
• However, this new design is more practical as it produces salt every meal but in small quantities. Research shows on average adults consume 8.1g salt a day when their maxium intake should be only 6g.
• So the user of this product can choose between a foam bullet containing 0.4g or 0.8g of salt and the same options for pepper.
• This product is both fun and health conscious; people of all ages would enjoy using it as well as having a healthier lifestyle.
